This is a customised intimate journey of BeFriending Self where a safe, supportive and nurturing space is held to help you pause in your busy lives and give time to self-care and self-development.    

Through a series of 6 sessions using relevant supportive frameworks, tools and resources, you’ll begin the reflective process of understanding and accepting self, loving and celebrating your innate gifts and enhancing self-awareness so that you can strengthen and enrich your relationship with self and others.
